The short version
- Use your real details, keep one account, and keep your password and ticket to yourself.
- Choose the parish you actually attend; its leaders verify you.
- Leaders may use members' information only for church work, and must keep it confidential.
- Be respectful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
1. Agreeing to these terms
YAYA Hub is run by RCCG Delta Province 23 Young Adults & Youths (“we”, “us”) for the Young Adults & Youths of The Redeemed Christian Church of God. By creating an account or using YAYA Hub you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
If you don't agree, please don't use YAYA Hub.
2. Who can use YAYA Hub
- Young adults and youths who worship with, or are connected to, an RCCG parish, and the leaders who serve them.
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need your parent or guardian's permission.
- We may decline or close an account that doesn't belong to a real person connected to the church.
3. Your account
- Use your real name and keep your details accurate. Leaders rely on them to know and care for you.
- One account per person. Don't create an account for someone else or share yours.
- Keep your password private, and don't use one you use on other websites.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@yayahubdelta.com.ng straight away if you think someone else has used it.
4. Parish membership and verification
When you choose a parish, its leaders can see your profile and confirm (“verify”) that you belong there. Choose the parish you actually attend. Leaders may decline or remove a membership they can't confirm.
If you move to another parish, request a transfer in the app. Transfers are approved by leaders, and your history (such as event attendance) moves with you.
5. Events and tickets
- Events are organized by church units. The organizer decides who can attend, how many places there are and when registration closes.
- Your ticket (its QR code and attendee code) is personal. Don't share, copy or sell it. Organizers may refuse a ticket that isn't yours or has already been used.
- Registering doesn't guarantee anything beyond a place: organizers may change, postpone or cancel an event, and will try to let you know in YAYA Hub.
- Follow the organizers' and venue's instructions at the event.
6. If you serve as a leader
Leaders, assistants and event staff are trusted with other people's personal information. When you hold a position in YAYA Hub you agree to:
- use members' information only for the ministry work of your unit, never for business, politics or personal reasons;
- keep it confidential: don't post it, forward it or share it with anyone who doesn't need it for church work;
- keep any exports (such as member or attendance lists) safe, share them only with people who need them, and delete them when they're no longer needed;
- file reports honestly and accurately, including attendance and offering figures;
- only verify members, approve transfers or appoint assistants when you are sure it is right.
What you can see and do comes from your position, and ends when you step down or are replaced. Everything you change is recorded. Misusing members' information may lead to losing access and to action by the church.
7. Acceptable use
Please use YAYA Hub in a way that honours God and the people in it. Don't:
- post anything false, offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing;
- upload photos or documents you don't have the right to share, or images of people who wouldn't want them shared;
- pretend to be someone else, or a leader you aren't;
- try to see information you aren't allowed to, or get around the platform's access rules;
- disrupt, overload or attack YAYA Hub, or collect information from it automatically;
- use it for advertising, fundraising or selling that your church leaders haven't approved.
8. What you post
You keep ownership of what you upload (photos, reports, announcements). You allow us to store it and show it to the people it is meant for inside YAYA Hub, and to show event details publicly when an event is public. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.
9. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close an account, or remove a leadership position, if these terms are broken, to protect members, or if the church asks us to. Where it's appropriate, we'll tell you why.
You can stop using YAYA Hub at any time. To close your account, write to support@yayahubdelta.com.ng. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep afterwards.
10. The service
YAYA Hub is free. We work to keep it available and correct, but it is provided “as is”: it may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change, add or remove features. Keep your own record of anything important (for example, take a screenshot of your ticket before an event in case you lose signal).
11. Our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by the platform being unavailable, by mistakes in information other users enter, or by events organized through it, which remain the responsibility of their organizers. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a problem comes up, please write to us first: most things can be settled within the church family.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in YAYA Hub before they take effect. Continuing to use YAYA Hub after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@yayahubdelta.com.ng.
